Best Internet Security Software 2016
See the list Best Internet Security Software 2016 to pretect your windows pc from malware or viruses. The Best Internet Security Software in 2016 be based votes of peoples and features software. After you know Best Internet Security Software 2016, you can choose the antivirus and security for your windows and other device. Let’s check all!
1. Bitdefender Internet Security Software 2016
Less is more: Bitdefender Antivirus Free is refreshingly free of the “extra” features and tools that make some apps unwieldy and confusing for non-experts.
Easy to use: Bitdefender’s compact main interface is a glorified system tray pop-up. We could toggle the Virus Shield and Auto Scan features, access an optional My Bitdefender account, and open the Logs, which also manage Events and Quarantine lists.
Auto Scan: Bitdefender’s proprietary Auto Scan feature saves time and resources by focusing attention on high-risk areas. You can disable Auto Scan in the interface’s Configuration Area.
Virus Shield: The optional Virus Shield scans files, Web pages, and data in real time to keep malware at bay.
Incompatible: Bitdefender Antivirus Free doesn’t share power with other antivirus freeware like Microsoft Security Essentials.
Installation issues: Bitdefender’s installer offers to remove conflicting programs, reboot, and resume setup, but we had to reboot and finish the installation manually.
2. Kaspersky Internet Security Software 2016
Fantastic redesign: Kaspersky Internet Security’s new look and feel are stunning. The four primary tools (Scan, Update, Safe Money, and Parental Controls) are now in a cleaner, more palatable two-by-two grid. When you mouse over a module, it lights up with a subtle color and pops up as you hover. The changes aren’t just skin deep; Kaspersky has polished the entire flow down to the most granular options. This elegant new experience builds on Kaspersky’s already stellar track record for security design.
Rapid scans: Kaspersky Internet Security completed a full scan at about 6 minutes and 2 seconds, which puts it on the faster end of the spectrum.
Top-tier protection: In a May 2014 AV-Comparatives Real World Protection test, Kaspersky Internet Security scored a 99.9 percent block rate, and the 0.1 percent was not considered a compromised case. The only antivirus product to outscore Kaspersky was Bitdefender. AV-Test gave perfect marks to Kaspersky Internet Security across the board, scoring a 6.0/6.0 in Protection, Performance, and Usability. The latest version offers added protection against Webcam hijacking and sends notifications when you attempt to connect to unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
Surprise browser add-on: Users might be slightly thrown off by Kaspersky attaching a browser add-on. However, the tool toggles the virtual keyboard to deter keyloggers, and also offers real-time alerts for malicious URLs.
3. Norton Internet Security Software 2016
Modern UI update: Norton Security has an elegant user interface that works with keyboard and mouse or Windows 8 touch controls. Symantec wisely decided to keep the color scheme simple. Tab menus are easy to navigate and expand to offer more advanced options in each main category: Security, Identity, and Performance. Useful help links sit next to each command in case you want to learn more.
Speedier scans: Norton Security scans are some of the fastest we’ve seen this year, an improvement over last year’s Norton 360. Quick scans take less than a few minutes, and a full sweep took slightly over 15 in our tests. The options to set post-scan behaviors, like PC shutdown and hibernate, are most welcome for those who want to update and go. The thorough antivirus engine swept up all the standard malware and adware. This finding is consistent with previous AV-Test lab results, demonstrating the suite’s above-average performance.
First-day alerts and smaller footprint: Norton Security addresses the issue of first-day exploits with a cloud-based approach. By comparing scan results to real-time definition updates, Norton can warn you about potentially malicious files making their way around the Web. Also, the cloud-based scans mean Norton Security has been able to shrink the size of the local definition to a fraction of what it used to be. The antivirus still keeps a small local definition to watch out for prevalent troublemakers, in case you want to perform offline scans.
Beyond security: Norton Identity Safe, a password manager that secures your personal information, is vastly improved. Sign in to different websites and applications or make online payments without putting your identity at risk. The service works pretty flawlessly after the initial setup.
Fewer subscription choices: This year’s consolidation of suites has reduced Norton’s pricing flexibility. To get the most for your money, Norton Security with Backup is the obvious choice: for $10 more than Norton Security, you get double the device coverage, plus cloud storage. But without a lower-tier price option, Norton risks alienating its limited-use customers who are interested in protecting only a handful of devices. There is a 30-day trial of the new Norton if you wish to check out whether a complete security suite is right for you.
Uninformative tutorial: The tutorial could be better presented. Help pages and product manuals are available, but they can be overwhelming to the average user, making advanced tasks — like configuring Norton Firewall — challenging.
4. Panda Internet Security Software 2016
A premium-grade malware-scanning engine: Spain-based Panda has been in the security software business for 25 years, and its apps regularly score highly in independent lab tests. AV-Test and AV-Comparatives rank Panda almost at the the top of the charts for scanning speed, scanning results, and impact on system performance.
Additional application control: If malware circumvents Windows’ own controls, Panda Internet Security 2016 has an optional control layer that can block something malicious.
Gaming/multimedia mode: You can tell Internet Security 2016 to not pop up notifications when you’re playing a game or watching a movie, which reduces distractions and facilitates live streaming.
High-quality cloud storage: Panda offers a 15% discount for MozyHome, a cloud storage service that uses client-side encryption, a security method that is important for ensuring your privacy. You can also sign up for 2GB of storage for free. MozyHome is not our first choice, since its storage capacity is still relatively expensive despite the coupon, but it’s a lot better than the cloud storage options usually provided by antimalware suites. It’s also not tied to your antimalware subscription, so you can cancel or let one service lapse without losing the other.
The interface feels a little rough: This is normally a minor detail for security software, but jagged edges on text matter more than usual when you’re in a highly competitive product category. The X to close a window is small and difficult to target. A high-quality interface also imparts confidence in the quality of the product elsewhere (for better or worse). If you were trying to impress a client, we would not recommend Internet Security 2016.
The interface could be more informative: The management console doesn’t explain the function of things like the Data Shield, Wifi Protection, or Smart DNS, which forces the curious user to do some legwork to figure out the value of the product.
Not quite the best antimalware: Bitdefender and Kaspersky’s engines score slightly higher in lab tests, consistently, though home users are unlikely to see a difference in engine quality.
5. F-Secure Internet Security Software 2016
Quick and effective setup: Installing Internet Security 2015 is a breeze. F-Secure prompts you with a one-click process. You can also install browser plug-ins for Browser Protection and F-Secure Search, a search result filter. With the 2015 edition, F-Secure introduces a prescan cleanup tool that searches for and removes malware upon the initial installation, easing cleanup on compromised systems.
No more launchpad: You no longer have to dig around to open a menu, as the main application now presents a clear and straightforward UI.
Parental settings let you set a usage limit: With the Browsing Protection plug-in, you can manage and limit the search results of popular search engines for individual Windows users.
Lightweight protection: F-Secure scored 99 percent in real-world protection tests from independent lab AV-Comparatives, so F-Secure maintains its reputation as a consistently reliable Internet security suite that takes very little toll on system performance. We had no trouble running a quick scan while performing everyday tasks. But if you don’t want to be interrupted by scans while playing games or watching movies, Internet Security has a game mode.
Bland UI: By dropping the launchpad, F-Secure fell back to the traditional text menu and basic buttons for initiating tasks. Its utilitarian design is functional but bland.
Quirky browser protection: Although the suite is capable of censoring Web content, Browser Protection behaved unpredictably during our tests. The app warned of a supposedly blocked site, but we were able to get access. Protections were designed for popular browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome. More tech-savvy kids may attempt to circumvent Browser Protection through other third-party browsers, but won’t be able to bypass the manually set Internet blocking feature.
6. AVG Internet Security Software 2016
Rolling releases: In the past, buying a copy of AVG would get you regular antivirus updates, but features would not change until you bought the following year’s version. Now you can always have the newest version of AVG.
It’s free: Although it’s release method has changed, you can still get a version that costs no money — though there are a few strings attached (more on that in the Cons section below).
Modular installation: AVG has separate components that can monitor your desktop email client and your Web browser for threats, and you can choose to not install both of these, if you have other software that covers these bases already.
Installer gotchas: If you don’t intervene by using a “custom” installation, the installer will put you on a 30-day trial of one of the company’s paid products instead of installing AVG Antivirus Free. And it will change your Web browser’s homepage and default search engine to Bing.com.
PC Analyzer has issues: AVG Antivirus features a PC Analyzer, which checks for registry errors, junk files and broken shortcuts that can be deleted, and disk defragmentation. The problem is, you’re not supposed to defrag a solid-state drive, but PC Analyzer did not appear to notice what type of drive it was. The analyzer is also all-or-nothing; you can’t skip the defrag or the registry cleaner and just delete junk files and shortcuts, for example.
7. BullGuard Internet Security Software 2016
Simple, elegant and effortless: According to independent labs BullGuard Antivirus is the best software there is. That’s because we’ve combined traditional signature-based detection with industry-leading behavioural detection. In short, you get multi-layered defence that stops all known and unknown viruses before they can infect your computer.
High System Performance: Many antivirus software protection programmes slow computers down. BullGuard Antivirus has been designed to ensure your computer maintains consistently high performance. So whether you code, design or game you can still expect the computer operation you’re used to.
Safe Browsing: Malicious code often hides in websites. When you unwittingly click on a link your PC becomes infected and data is often stolen. BullGuard safe browsing warns you of hidden danger lurking in websites – so you’re always protected.
Spamfilter: Stop that annoying spam from getting through to your inbox by blocking it with the BullGuard spam filter. You’ll no longer be irritated by irrelevant messages and what’s more it also protects you from phishing scams.

9. Avast Internet Security Software 2016
Avast Internet Security Software 2016 offers advanced protection for everything you do online. It’s especially useful against copycat banking sites and phishing emails, plus a new, improved https scanner protects you from more infected sites than ever before. It still features the best core protection available, including firewall, anti-spam, safe banking and more, with added improvements in home network scanning so you can keep everything on your network safe.
New Avast Passwords: Change bad habits like storing passwords on your browser, or reusing the same password. Avast’s new password manager creates unique, unbreakable passwords for all your accounts–yet only asks you to remember one.

Improved Home Network Security: Even better protection, for everything on your home network. Avast 2016 detects 12 more types of router vulnerabilities so you can keep your printers, network drives and routers fully secured — in just a click.
Firewall: Stop hackers getting unauthorized access to your computer. Avast’s silent firewall quietly filters the data that reaches your computer, eliminating known threats — and isolating those that seem suspicious.
Secure DNS Protection: DNS hijacking is real. It’s far too easy to accidentally type all your login details into a replica of your banking site. SecureDNS encrypts the connection between your PC and our DNS server, so you don’t fall for any fakes.
